What time is included in the price of a DJ event? |
| Few people know just how much goes into the process
of preparing for an event such as a wedding and reception. This is
to shine the light of education and help you, my valued potential client, understand
what this Pianist/DJ puts into your event! This does not
reflect the extras that are included with the new ByDoug Client Care
Center!

| 1) Booking inquiries, follow-up, drawing up contracts, final booking process: 2 hours min. |
| 2) Correspondence back and forth with client between booking and event: 1 hour min. |
| 3) Event Planning Meeting prep: 1/2 hour |
| 4) Event Planning Meeting / Session: 1 1/2 hours min. |
| 5) Post Event Planning Meeting Preparation (includes event worksheet, burning special CDs for your event, and loading songs on the computer): 2 hours min. |
| 6) Current Billboard Chart updates - downloading most recent songs to date: 2 1/2 hours min. |
| 7) Packing for event: 1/2 hour min. |
| 8) Driving to event: 1/2 hour min. |
| 9) Set up for event at venue: 2 hours min. |
| 10) Your event: 3-6 hours (4.5 average) |
| 11) Teardown after event: 1 hour |
| 12) Drive home: 1/2 hour min. |
| 13) Unloading / Reset sound equipment in studio: 1/2 hour |
